- All invoices are payable within 8 days from the invoice date, to the account number 735-0080418-90 of BVBA WAY2EVENTS.
- In case of non-payment or late payment within the aforementioned period, the buyer will automatically owe an invoice interest of 12% per annum, without any notice of default being required. Additionally, in case of default, the invoice amount will be increased by a conventional compensation of 10%, also automatically.
- All complaints must be submitted to WAY2EVENTS within 5 days after the delivery of services, by registered mail.
- If the buyer cancels participation in an event/arrangement, they must pay a fixed compensation to WAY2EVENTS amounting to 15% of the total contract price, with a minimum of €750, due to incurred costs and loss of profit. If WAY2EVENTS incurs additional costs or suffers losses due to such cancellation, the buyer must also compensate these.
- If the delivery of the arrangement by WAY2EVENTS is hindered or made impossible due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, WAY2EVENTS cannot be held liable and the buyer cannot claim any compensation from WAY2EVENTS. This includes, but is not limited to: government measures regarding the event, lack of transport means, disruptions of any kind (including traffic jams), relocation or cancellation of the event by the organizers, special weather conditions, etc. This list is not exhaustive but is intended to give an impression of the types of events that may constitute unforeseeable circumstances/force majeure.
- If the buyer cannot attend the event due to the absence of any (valid) document, this is at their own risk and WAY2EVENTS cannot be held liable in any way.
- WAY2EVENTS is also not liable for damage, theft, injury, or accident caused to the participant, regardless of the cause or negligence. No liability is accepted for damage caused to the participant by the use of any accommodation provided by WAY2EVENTS. Furthermore, WAY2EVENTS is not liable for delays and/or damage suffered by participants as a result of mechanical failure, border crossing, traffic congestion, etc.
- All disputes arising between the parties will be submitted to the competent court of the district of HASSELT.
- The general terms and conditions apply to the agreements concluded between WAY2EVENTS and the buyer, which the counterparty declares to know and accept. These general terms and conditions are available upon request from WAY2EVENTS.
